I've worked with this company who is my cash buyer for investment homes in the area. They are expanding and looking to buy 600 houses just this quarter! That means a LOT of homeowners will be interested. I want YOU to get first opportunity, providing you meet the criteria.

Criteria

Minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Must be at least 1000+ sq. ft.
Built in 1980 or newer
$210K max price per unit
You can close in 1-3 weeks

This company does NOT make lowball offers and they will buy your home(s) in AS IS condition, with or without tenants already in place.

The Process

Your property will not be put on the MLS or advertised. I’ll market it only to my cash buyer. They will say yes or no. If yes, they will schedule a showing with one of their inspectors.

I provide a One Time Showing Agreement which you, as the homeowners, must sign.

The commission is 4% for me to split with the buyer agent.

If the cash buyer wants to move forward after inspection, I draft a listing agreement so I can represent you, the homeowner.

The Contract is executed, the Title ordered and we close in approximately two weeks.
